XP users don't use the full bandwidth provided , wanna know how to use full bandwith then do check it out

Yes it may surprise you that if you are a X.P user then u don't get complete bandwidth for which u paid!!!! . X.P reserves 20% of bandwidth for himself . No need to panic . We will snatch it from X.P , let us know how!-

Step 1 : Goto Start -> Run

Step 2 : Type gpedit.msc

Step 3 : Goto Computer Configuration ->;Administrative templates -> Network ->QOS
Packet Scheduler

Step 4 : Click on Limit reservable bandwidth in the right pane and check the Enabled box

Step 5 : Then change the bandwidth limit (default is 20%) to 1% (Dont change it to 0).

Step 6 : Reboot

You will definitely find a change in your browsing speed..
