It's really too easy just follow the given 3 step procedure -
1. Open Firefox and enter the following text in the address bar (where you enter website address)
chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul
2. You will then be asked to confirm the password reset.
3. Read the warning message and press ‘reset’ button.
